That has not been confirmed yet, but ASD wil take over sports director Lang and "some riders" of TET according to an interview with the Argos management. When the old TET team will stay as a CT, we will change it in the overview.

edit: update. CQ's Dijk has done a little investigation, ASD will - like TET - have its team base in Erfurt. On the other hand some Twitter sources mention that TET will continue as "Eon", managed by Lars Wackernagel (now NSP-Ghost).
Aike Visbeek (now PPY) will be part of the ASD management too. He will takes some riders from People4you.

Biciciclismo gives 19 names for Sky Dive Dubai and mentions that there is at least one more (European) to come. The two “BANIHAMMADS”, who are in the CQ list, are not there (yet?). The total will be well over the maximum of 16 for an UCI Continental Team although a few riders may qualify as “Specialists”. However, the list also includes seven U23 riders who may end up in a separate (non UCI) team.

By the way, getting the names complete, consistently spelled and correct in the sequence Family and Given names will be quite a puzzle.
For instance Eissa Abdulrahman from the Bici list is in the CQ database as KHALIFA Essa. His full name (in the participants list of the Asian Championships 2012) is SAYED KHALUFA Essa Abdulrahman Sayed Ahmad scratch

Best is probably to wait for a press release of the team or for the official UCI registration (although also the UCI often make a mess out of Family and Given names Smile
