According to radsport.news and bici it is neither Adria Mobil nor Neri Sottoli but Vini Fantini - Nippo.
The UCI removed him again from the page of Adria Mobil, but did not add him somewhere else yet.

Loris PAOLI is not UCI registered with Nankang-Fondriest. I think he should be removed from CQ.

RTS website shows Simone CAMPAGNARO in the place of Korean rider PARK. But Campagnaro is already UCI registered with Sicot.

According to this article Nankang - Fondriest has 15 riders (UCI 13, CQ 14).
CQ’s number 14 is Loris PAOLI and number 15 is Francesco BONISTALLO, who is neither in the UCI roster nor on CQ.

There are still a few differences between the CT rosters on the UCI site and those of CQ.

For the following American and Australian teams it concerns riders who are actually member of the team but who are not registered with the UCI and can therefore only participate with their team in races of the national calendars.
Airgas: Dean HAAS and Connor MCCUTCHEON*
Hincapie Sportswear: Christopher BUTLER
Budget Forklifts: Kristian JUEL (although he participated in the Sun Tour)

For two Portuguese teams it seems that due to visa problems the announced Colombian and Angolan riders are not yet registered.
Louletano: Kristian YUSTRE and Alvaro DUARTE
Banco BIC: The four Angolans

Bobbie TRAKSEL has still not been registered with An Post on the UCI site.
Massimo CODOL is on the UCI site Sports Director as well as Rider with Area Zero (mistake?)

Connor MCCUTCHEON and Patrick KOS have today been added to the roster of Airgas on the UCI site.
No trace however of Dean HAAS.

It's mid April now, so I think we can decide to follow the UCI team 2014-compositions from now on. If a rider was mentioned in the press or at a team site, but has still not been registered by the UCI, we will leave him out of the team until further notice. Exception: if a rider has started in a UCI race in which he would not have been able to participate without being part of a UCI team. For example Kristian JUEL (mentioned above).
