The header of the facebook page of the team ( https://www.facebook.com/elkovauthor/ ) shows an official team photo with only 9 riders.
The team website gives 8 riders ( http://www.hkcycling.cz/zavodnici/ ) Jiri Polnicki is missing here.
One could conclude from this that Michal Brazda and Jan Kovar are not with the team (yet?).

HKSI Pro Cycling Team
I think that CHIU Ho San was already in the CQ roster but he has disappeared.
He is from 01.01 registered with the team, like the last two years, and should be STAY in the Transfer Overview.

As mentioned earlier: (in february): Maximilian Beyer, Henning Bommel have already been registered but were removed. The same for Ovechkin (as Hans mentioned). So thy can be removed from the watchlist too.

“The comeback, however, has been delayed by a UCI rule requiring retired cyclists wishing to return to a professional level to be available for a six-month period before competing in order to build up a profile for the Athlete Biological Passport.”
