Yes, there is the Argentinian/Bolivian Marcos Fabian FLORES of Pio Rico born 1987, and a Bolivian U23 rider Marcos FLORES LOPEZ born 03/07/2001. The latter is not yet in the CQ database as he is not a member of an UCI team, nor has he a CQ result.

Maxim Piskunov still not registred wit Giotti but is on the startlist for Beograd - Banja Luka.

Also on the startlist is Massi Vivo but they are not back on the uci site. Some new riders on the startlist for Massi as well Carlos Serra Burguera en Muhammed Akmal Zamil Mohd Zaini.

Apparently an old startlist both teams are not on startlist from PCS.
