At least official results for Tour of Turkey 2013 have been cleared by UCI. Berhane is now the official winner of 2013 edition but there's no one ranked 4th in GC. And the stage won by Sayar has no winner. Well, Yohan Bagot is "le dindon de la farce" as we say in France...

16th in the final GC is in the CQ results Piotr SKARZYNSKI but this was his brother Wojciech.
In fact Wojciech SKARZYNSKI has afterwards been disqualified by the UCI for a positive result in Stage 2.

???? Nothing has changed. Maybe my post was not very clear.
Wojciek (not Piotr) was 17th in the final GC of the Dookola Mazowsza and moved up to 16th after the disqualification of Marcin SAPA.
But as Wojciek later has also been found positive in this race he still has to be deleted from the stages and GC, as well as from the Puchar Ministra Obrony Narodowej a month later. (Still on your to do list of the Doping Sanctions).
New 20 in the GC of Dookola Mazowsza is Jakub KACZMAREK at +5’59”
New 20 in the Puchar Ministra Obrony Narodowej is Kanstansin BUDKEVICH at +15’48”

No Hans, you were perfectly clear, I was mixed up with the Results2015 correction.

Corrected now, including the DQ's...

"Winner" NIKIEMA Abdoul Aziz has not been removed from results although his suspension is mentioned.

UCI corrected the results:
Top 3 moved up, nr4 empty. Also nr16 and nr36 empty
SANGARE Oumar
BIKIENGA Salfo
Also both suspended and mentioned by CQ
(CQ policy to not correct minor races?)

There's certainly not a policy that we do not correct minor races, but DQ's that have an effect on the current CQ ranking do get priority.
