Thanks! UCI mentions a 17year old Swiss mountainbiker, other sites have copied that.

Also in Jurmala there are 2 riders who can't have raced there, as both their teams and their national selections did not start..

I think that stage 1 of the Tour de Serbie was not really cancelled. As far as I understand the communiqué of the commissaire's panel, the race was only shortened but no points (for the UCI and the race) were awarded and a stage classification has been done.

I guess that no CQ points should be given to the leader and the first three riders on this stage.

It is certainly not the only error in the result but as Mollema finished on the bike of Tankink it is probably him on 95 (in company of Nordhaug and Ten Dam) and Tankink on 190.
