CANO ARDILA Alex Norberto (Prov. suspended > Suspended)
Last sentence of his Rider Comment: He was suspended by the UCI for 4 years, until 21 December 2022, and lost all his results between 17 August 2015 and 28 September 2016.

JAVIER Gaston Emiliano (Prov. suspended > Suspended)
Second sentence of his Rider Comment: He was suspended by the UCI for 4 years, until 2 May 2022.

NUNES Robert Emil (Prov. suspended > Suspended)

ARANA Edgar Nissan (Prov. suspended)
Rider Comment: Edgar ARANA tested positive for EPO on 20 April 2019. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

SOHRABI Mehdi (Prov. suspended)
Rider Comment: In July 2019 the UCI advised Mehdi SOHRABI of anomalies in his biological passport data. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

AGUILAR FIGUEIRA Hector Fabian (Prov. suspended)
Rider Comment: Hector AGUILAR tested positive for Clenbuterol in the Vuelta al Uruguay on 19 April 2019. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

A few of the riders on Suspended status have recently had their bans expire according to rider comments. For example;
CARRETERO MARCIAQ Ramon is set to expire 7 June 2019
CARVALHO Rui Filipe Ribeiro is set to expire 17 July 2019
GAVAZZI Mattia is set to expire 9 July 2019
RYBIN Ondrej is set to expire 21 July 2019
TABORRE Fabio is set to expire 27 July 2019

As Hans mentioned earlier, some other rider bans mentioned in the rider comment have expired, but should be extended. According to that list from the Colombian Federation;
LARGO QUINTERO Luis Alberto is now banned for life

Cobo (and probably a few others) are still yet to be listed as suspended.

DENIFL Stefan (Prov. suspended > Suspended)
Rider Comment: On 1 March 2019 Stefan DENIFL admitted involvement in Operation Aderlass, the blood doping practices of Dr Mark Schmidt. He was suspended by the UCI for 4 years, until 4 March 2023, and lost all his results between 1 June 2014 and 5 March 2019.

SHATOVKIN Sergey (Suspended)
In July 2019 Sergey SHATOVKIN was found in possession of doping products. He was suspended by the UCI for 4 years, until 25 July 2023.

Marco CECCHINI tested positive for Clostebol in the 1st stage of the Giro Ciclistico d'Italia on 14 June 2019. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

Rafael MONTIEL tested positive in an out-of-competition control. He was on 11 July 2019 provisionally suspended by the Colombian federation and is awaiting a verdict.

25963, RABON VELA Albeiro
Albeira RABON tested positive in an out-of-competition control. He was on 26 July 2019 provisionally suspended by the Colombian federation and is awaiting a verdict.

19488, DUARTE SANDOVAL Alvaro Raul
Alvaro SANDOVAL tested positive in the Vuelta a Colombia in June 2019. He was on 1 August 2019 provisionally suspended by the Colombian federation and is awaiting a verdict.

MONSALVE PERTSINIDIS Yonathan Alejandro (Prov suspended)
Yonathan MONSALVE tested positive for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids in the Tour of Qinghai Lake on 21 July 2019. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

The Colombian Federation added another two riders to their list of Provisional Suspensions.

Julio CAMACHO tested positive for Boldenone in an out-of-competition control. On 15 October 2019 he was provisionally suspended by the Colombian federation and is awaiting a verdict.

16573, BELTRAN SUAREZ Edward Alexander
Edward Beltran tested positive for EPO in an out-of-competition control. On 15 October 2019 he was provisionally suspended by the Colombian federation and is awaiting a verdict.

VAN EERD David has tested positive on 7 july 2018 for CERA. He was suspended on 3 june 2019 by the French Federation for 4 years.

FIORETTI Luca (Prov. suspended)
Luca FIORETTI tested positive for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids at the World Championships Gran Fondo in Poznan on 1 September 2019 (he was world champion in the 35-39 category). Two days later he signed with Team Novak and participated in the Turul al Romaniei.

Traditionally the Vuelta a Costa Rica produces every year a few new doping cases and 2019 has been no exception.
Normally these cases appear after a while in the table on the UCI site, but this time it was the Federation of Costa Rica themselves who announced in recent weeks two provisional suspensions, one involving the son of Javier Munich, vice president of the Federation.

Amil MUNICH tested positive for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids during the Vuelta a Costa Rica in December 2019. He was provisionally suspended by the federation of Costa Rica and is awaiting a verdict.

All DQs of Raul Alarcon and Domingos Goncalves have now been entered in the CQ results.
DQs of other biological passport cases will follow in the coming weeks.

The Italian Tribunale Nazionale Antidoping has published a verdict in the case of Luca COLNAGHI.
Only 3 months suspension which have already expired as his provisional suspension had started on 12 October 2020.
He is DQd from his stage wins in the Giro Ciclistica d’Italia and his 3rd place in the Italian championships RR U23 2020.

It has taken almost two years, but the UCI added last week Ilya DAVIDENOK to the table of Provisional Suspensions, for a positive control for EPO in the Tour of Fuzhou in November 2019.
As he was already suspended in 2014 for two years for Anabolic Steroids, he can expect a suspension of at least eight years.

UCI has apperently suspended Radio Popular Paredes Boavista because of the doping cases from GONCALVES Domingos Andre Maciel and RODRIGUES David Miguel Costa (21790).  Last one is apperently suspended for 4 years because of his biological pasport in 2018. He has been suspended in 2020 for 4 years.

KLIER Andreas (268) has been suspended in 2013 from 12 augustus 2013 for 6 months (so probably 12 januari 2014) by USADA after admitting the use of EPO, Human Growth Hormone, Cortisone and blood doping. Also he has lost all his results from 21 july 2005.

Thanks for the information Ruudje.

Assume that you mention Rui VINHAS for his positive test for the anti-inflammatory Bethamethosone in the Volta a Portugal 2018. It was afterwards proven that he had a medical justification for this product and he has not been sanctioned.
