Nothing really changed so far.
We still adjust the results manually: if a rider is not riding the race as part of his trainee-team, we change the team name into his CT or -.

I assume you did not find a solution this year either but somehow, probably by accident, you managed to have Nils POLITT both with his Continental Team Stölting and as Trainee with Katusha.
This really is the way it should be with all Trainees, as they remain member of their CT or Elite-2 Club Team, and are “lent out” for certain races to a Trainee-team.
But this still does not solve the problem that, when entering race results, you will have to select manually with which team he rode that particular race….

No solution yet, but I think this will be my proposition:

-a trainee will stay part of his CT, and additional he will also be part of his trainee team
(now he leaves his CT at 31 July, and from 1 August onwards he's only a member of his trainee team)

-after 1 August, the total amount of CQ points of the rider will count for the CT's current team ranking value instead of the trainee team's rank.
(now there is a switch after 1 August: the CQ points of a trainee start counting for the trainee teams' team ranking value)

-for the CQ team Season ranking, only points scored as a trainee will count for the Year ranking of the trainee team. The other points scored by the trainee, as part of his CT or a national selection, will count for the CT's year ranking.
(just like it is now)

Hopefully this can be made possible by our techicians.

The CQ data base shows Damien GARCIA transferring from Team Frøy - Bianchi to Bike Aid per 01/07 but the new website of Bike Aid ( http://road.bikeaid.de ) does not mention him and according to the UCI he is still with the Norwegians.
In the meantime he participates in the Tour de la Guadeloupe with the Elite-2 team VO2C (Vélo d'Or du Centre et de la Caraïbe)

This rider called Nikita STALNOV (member of Seven Rivers CT) seems to come from nowhere...I.e nothing about him (I mean results) in the juvenile categories but he's got the same birthdate and the same first name that Nikita UMERBEKOV who disappeared from radar screens since end of 2013.
So, could it be the same rider ?

I think it's the same guy.

See some pictures on Instagram from Nikita Stalnov, it looks the same that Umarbekov (same nose)
