At the other hand, although not in the official list yet, the article mentions a ninth new rider: Luis Miguel MARTINEZ GOMEZ.

There are in total 57 riders of 36 different CT’s (not counting the missing teams) who are in the CQ rosters but not yet registered by the UCI.
Most of them will show up in the weeks to come, but there are a few doubtful ones.
Think you have to wait till end March before deleting anybody.

It would be nice to see CNN with all their money enter the cycling world as a sponsor, but I assume they would compete with Sky at World Tour level rather than being the co-sponsor of an Iranian  Continental Team…

Luis Miguel MARTINEZ has now been registered by the UCI. ANGARITA and MONTAÑA are not in the team.
