Stage 5 was won by Dariusz Rudnicki (POL/LEG), instead of Daniel Rudnicki (POL).

| Okay, I just keep going The GP du Midi Libre (22-26 may 2002): Alvaro Gonzalez de Galdeano Aranzabal is mentioned in the results, but this must be his brother Igor Gonzalez de Galdeano Aranzabal. Alvaro didn't start in this race. nr 18 in stage 2 nr 1 in stage 3 and leader after stage 3 nr 9 in stage 4 nr 3 in stage 5 nr 2 in the final general classification Also: nr 26 in the final general classification should be Jose Ivan Gutierrez Palacios (ESP/BAN), not Jose Enrique Gutierrez Cataluna (ESP/KEL). According to the startlist on cyclingsnews.com the Kelme-team didn't start in this race. Nr. 47 in the final general classification should be Piotr Wadecki (POL/DOM), not Adam Wadecki (POL/MRO). | |

| According to other websites (UCI, Cyclingnews, www.olafpollack.de), Olaf Pollack finished 2nd in the 2nd stage of the Deutschland Tour (04-06-2002) instead of Stuart O'Grady, who finished 3rd. Anyone else in the top 9, from nr. 3 Werner Riebenbauer to nr. Davide Casarotto, should move one place down. Did you forgot to mention Olaf Pollack or was he disqualified afterwards? | |

You missed one National Championships in Russia, the road race on 30-06-2002: As nr. 5 is mentioned Roman Klimov, but he was just 17 years old. I think it must be Serguei Klimov of the Itera-team, which is confirmed on Cyclingnews.com - MarkCQ wrote:

| National Championships Latvia, road race (30-06-2002): Nr. 9 is now Vasile Mihailov from Moldavia, also according to the UCI. Although he seems to be from another country, he gets 12 CQ-points where I think he shouldn't get any.
National Championships Italy, road race (30-06-2002): Nr. 10 is now Gianluca Valoti. According to Cyclingnews.com and the UCI this should be Paolo Valoti.
National Championships Spain, time trial (28-06-2002): Nr. 15 is now David Herrero Llorente (EUS). According to Cyclingnews.com and the UCI this should be Ivan Herrero Atienzar (REL).
National Championships Kazakhstan, road race (30-06-2002): Nr. 6 is now Serguei Yakovlev. According to Cyclingnews.com and the UCI this should be Yevgeniy Yakovlev.

| GP Torres Vedras-Trofeu Joaquim Agostinho (10-14 July 2002): Nr. 3 in the final general classification was Pedro Arreintunandia Quintero (ESP/CAB), not Gorka Arrizabalaga Agirre (ESP/EUS). During this Portuguese race Arrizabalaga was participating in the Tour de France, which he finished als 142nd.
It was also Arreitunandia who finished 4th in the general classification of the Volta a Portugal (02-15 August 2002), and not Arrizabalaga. Also in this race, Arrizabalaga and his team Euskaltel were not participating.
GP Ciclistico 9 de Julho (14 July 2002): Winner was Rodrigo Mello Brito (BRA/elite), not Rodrigo Araujo de Melo (BRA/elite 2), who was only 14 years old at that time.

| According to UCI and Cyclingnews.com the leader after stage 2 in the Tour of Qinghai Lake (28-07-2002) was Hendrik van Dijck (BEL/PAL) instead of Aleksandar Nikacevic (YUG/ALS).
And Aitor Osa Eisaguirre (ESP) seems to be also a member of the winning team in stage 1 of the Tour of Portugal, a time trial (02-08-2002).

| Coppa Bernocchi (22-08-2002): nr. 10 is now Cesar Garcia Calvo (ESP/REL), but according to the UCI this should be Carlos Garcia Quesada (ESP/KEL). This seems more logical. Garcia Quesada and the Kelme-team also participates in the Coppa Agostini one day earlier and Tre Valle Varesine two days earlier. Based on common sence and the results on Museo Ciclismo for example, I believe Garcia Calvo and his team were not there. - MarkCQ wrote:

| GP von Grafenbach (08-09-2002): nr. 5 is now Christian Frommelt (LIE/elite 2). At that time he was only 19 years old, so I had my doubts. According to UCI and Cyclingnews.com the nr. 5 must be Istvan Nagy (SVK/elite 2), but I cannot find information on the internet about a rider with that name. Then I found this website: http://oerv.asn.or.at/ergdir/2002/grafenbach0809.htmlIt seems to be Robert Nagy, but with a Hungarian passport instead of a Slovakian passport? The search continues. On riderfights.com ( http://www.riderfights.com/rider/8371/Robert%20Nagy ) I found out that Robert Nagy was indeed riding for a Hungarian eliteteam in 2002 (Mapei Ungarn), so I believe he must be the nr. 5 in the GP von Grafenbach. - MarkCQ wrote:
- Corrected. Great research! I kept the Slovakian nationality for Nagy.
