| The CQ-points in the National Championships of Portugal are switched. The top-10 riders in the time trial (27-06-2003) received the points for the road race (60-36-30-27-24-21-18-15-12-9), while the top-10 riders in the road race (29-06-2003) received the points for the time trial (30-18-15-13-11-9-8-7-6-5). | |
