Stiil struggling with the result of the TTT.
The organisers and the UCI give an individual result adding up the times of 2a and 2b:

With the exception of two riders, everybody finished stage 2a in the same time (2:19:01).
By deducting 2:19:01 from the official result we get the individual times of each rider in the TTT.
This gives a few small corrections in the CQ result:
The third rider of winners Trek Chilenazo is Matias DELGADO in the same time as the first two. (Nicolas VERGARA finished as last rider of the team at 2’01”)
The third rider of Sportmarket is Ricardo PAREDES, 20” behind his two mates. (Christian CORNEJO finished as fourth rider of the team, 41” after the first two)
The CQ points should still be adjusted to 1 each for the riders of the winning team.

You're right about Delgado instead of Vergara.
About the 3rd Sportmarket rider: it looks like PCS elaborated a separate 2a result: http://www.procyclingstats.com/race.php?id=180377
Cornejo lost 0'41" there, and is 41 seconds behind team mate Gamero after the TTT (and 44 behind Baron who took 3 sec in the 1st stage).

On the UCI site all results of Saymon MUSIE (3rd Stage 1, 2nd and leader Stage 3, 3rd and leader Stage 7, 7th Stage 9 and 2nd Final GC) are on the name of Million AMANUEL….
The Facebook page of Team Eritrea shows a copy of the official result sheet of the GC after Stage 7 where Saymon MUSIE is leader, but the UCI ID in front of his name is the one of Million AMANUEL…
I think that the CQ results are correct but, unless the UCI makes a correction in the coming days, a Race Comment may be useful to avoid future suggestions for changes.

Edit: Million AMANUEL started today Wednesday November 8 in the Tour of Fuzhou in China, so it seems very unlikely that he was last Sunday November 5 still in Burkina Faso…

SAINBAYAR Jambaljamts (10th Stage 3 and 14th Final GC) participated with the team of RTS - Monton.

The official UCI result, and therefore all the cycling sites including CQ, give a certain Daniel BERHE, 47 years old, as 15th in the Final GC. It seems hard to believe that a complete unknown, without any previous results, is included at that age in the national selection of Eritrea and finishes 15th in the GC of a 2.2 UCI race...
Has anybody an idea of the real name and age of this ghost rider?

Also Tuguldur TUULKHANGAI (19th) rode this race for RTS - Monton with a contract from 17/11.
To stick to 16 riders Richard LAWSON has disappeared from the roster of RTS.

It is Daniel Ghilay Berhe. Birth date still to come.
