cumulative ranking

Just for fun, on an excel file , I calculate a "cumulative ranking" : the cumulative ranking of all the riders

( about 10 000 ) who won points over the years, since 2007  ;


At the end of 2016 (    ten years cumulated ,  2 518 970 points distributed) , Valverde is first ,

with 19 699 points.  


If anybody is interested , I can send the excel file.
