In the GC of the Vuelta of Tachira 2018, the 7th is now in the results CHACON COLMENARES Franklin Raul, born in 1979.

But the CHACON Franklin who ride at Vuelta of Tachira won the Sub-23 classification (http://vueltaaltachira.com/clasificaciones/). He's an another venezuelian born on 16 July 1998.

In the official result (and on CQ) Paul MARTENS is 17th in the last stage (and 53rd in the Final GC) but he was in fact DNF.
See the Lotto-NL website and his twitter.
Not clear whether he has been mixed up with another rider, or simply crossed the line without having completed the final lap.

I've found different distance & locations for the first 2 stages and distance only for the last one.

Stage 1 : Rhodos > Maritsa : 148.2 km
Stage 2 : Rhodos > Koskinou : 158.5 km
Stage 3 : Rhodos > Rhodos : 157.3 km

Tour de la Pharmacie Centrale de Tunisie
The 2nd stage, Wednesday March 21, was held in heavy rain and temperatures close to zero, with as result that only 15 riders reached the finish. Winner was Gaëtan Bille, 15th and last the winner of the 1st stage his teammate Youcef Reguigui, at almost half an hour.
However, considering the extreme conditions the jury decided to cancel the results and let everybody start again for the 3rd stage.
As the next day the weather was still the same, the 3rd stage was cancelled altogether.
The jury took the rather original decision to:
- Reinstate the results of Stage 2
- Consider the GC after Stage 2 as the Final GC of the Stage race
- Organise Stage 4 as a stand-alone one day race with all riders participating. (not clear whether this will be a class 1.2 race)
