Results for Africa Cup races, held last week in Eritrea, are now published on UCI site.
Although they are linked to an N/A category, UCI points are awarded (like an 1.2 race I think).
Don't you plan to add them on CQR ?

According to the UCI calendar the TTT (36 km) and ITT (36 km) are class 1.2, the RR (160 km) 1.1.
UCI points were given accordingly.

The Tour of Belt and Road in Hong Kong is on the UCI calendar for next weekend 8 and 9 December (2 stages).

Africa Cup TTT and ITT
In the CQ results MENGISTU Tibebu (ETH19950627; ID 100862247950) is 10th in the ITT and TIBEBU Alemayehu (ETH19920527, ID 10010874185) 3rd in the TTT with Ethiopia.
In the UCI result it is MENGISTU Tibebu in both cases.
Looking at their results I have the strong suspicion that, although they have different IDs and dates of birth, these two are actually the same rider: MENGISTU Tibebu Alemayehu.
If you combine them I suggest to use the most recent ID and DoB.

Number 6 is not PAOLO Caputo but CAPUTO Paolo.
He is riding with a Hong Kong license but is in fact an Italian expat living in Hong Kong since 2002. His story here:

In the official UCI calendar this race has (retroactively) been downgraded to a Criterium, so no UCI points.
CQ could make this “Tour”, a criterium of 45 km, an NE or simply delete it.
