I wonder who is right and who is wrong.
In the result on the Race and UCI websites Antonio SANTORO is DNF, but on CQ he is 21st.
The team website of Monkeytown proudly says the same: https://www.ridetowin.nl/antonio-21e-in-zware-volta-limburg-classic
So either the author of the text of the Monkeytown website was not at the race but wrote his story on the basis of the CQ result, or the official results are wrong.

The Road Race, on Sunday April 14, is in the UCI calendar classed as a 1.2 event and the result is posted on the UCI site.
The race distance was 135 km.

The Time Trial on Saturday April 13, not in the UCI calendar, was over 30 km. Result:

The wrong RODAS OCHOA brother ended up as RR champion. It should be Manuel Oseas instaed of Asbel Urias.

In the results on the UCI site the ITT is now also added as a class 1.2 event.

The UCI has made some corrections in the result and also there Antonio SANTORO is now 21st.
Only difference with the CQ result is that they inserted Julien VAN DEN BRANDE on 24 at +1’07” (previously DNF) and, just for the statistics, inverted Floris GERTS (new 35) and Szymon RETIKA (new 36).
