This stage was cancelled. Angel VALLEJO DOMINGUEZ (ESP19810401) was declared stage winner by the jury, but unofficially: no time registration, not counting for the GC, no official UCI result and so on.

I think you should not reward Vallejo Dominguez with 25 CQ-points.
