KOM at Eschborn-Frankfurt

What do you think about officiality of Mountain Classification at this one day race? We can see in the roadbook:

A general classification is established by adding

In accordance with article 2.6.017 of the UCI
regulations, in the event of a tie in the general

- The number of 1st places in the 8 climbs
- The final individual classification by time
To be entitled to final classification, competitors have
to complete the entire race within the official time limit.
King of Mountain prizes:
1. place – €750,
2. place – €600,

Art. 13 - Sprint prizes:
In the 3 selected sprints:
€350 will be given to the first rider.

But I never saw anything other that General Classifications at classics Should cq give points or not?

CQ follows the initial UCI rules: only points in official points and mountains classifications in WT stage races.
