15th is not a new database entry PHOUNSAVATH Ariya (id 31196) but PHOUNSAVATH DESTRIBOIS Alex Ariya of Thailand Continental Cycling Team (id 16649).
He got however this year from the UCI a new date of birth (02/03/1991 instead of 03/02/1991) and a new ID (10009435353 instead of 10007787969).

Lawson Craddock finished just 9 seconds after his four teammates, still 36 seconds faster than the riders of Deceuninck.
Assume he deserves 5 CQ points as well.
For the UCI ranking all team members get the same points, even Uran who finished at 3’17”

No, that's the strict (former UCI) rule that only riders that finish in the time or 'group' of their team earn the team TTT points. Now, the UCI is awarding all riders even when they have been dropped after 2 km, that's not good either, in a stage race.
But we're still working on a fairer rule, f.e. that a dropped rider gets the points of the next team that finishes behind him. So Craddock would get the same amount of points as the DQT-riders in the team that finished 2nd. In progress...

By the way, the name of the Tour La Provence is actually Tour de La Provence.
La Provence is the name of the local newspaper, main sponsor of the event.

Patrick SCHELLING was guestrider with Israel's CT, so his code has to be changed to ISA in all stage results and the GC.
Note:
Would it be possible to make the blue of the guestteams a bit lighter, because the difference between black and the current blue is hardly noticeable.

I think it's the reverse way : Israel Cycling Academy riders were guest riders for Israel Start-Up Nation. So Patrick SCHELLING was the only "normal" rider and all his teammates were guest riders. They were wearing the ISN jersey (white and blue) instead of the ISA jersey (all blue).

We made a clear rule concerning postponed races:

if on the day of the (postponed) race - or the last day of a stage race - the new date has NOT been announced, the points scored in the previous year will be substracted in our rankings.
If the new date has been published, these points will be retained until the new race date.

The GP de la Patagonia of last Sunday will have been the last race of the UCI calendar for a few months, because the Vuelta a Chiloe, scheduled to start tomorrow in the same region with the same teams, has now also been cancelled.

The CQ calendars for april, may and june only show the stage races, no one day races.

The Hammer Series Stavanger (22-24 May) have been replaced by the the Tour of Norway, scheduled for 21-24 May.
