He was not removed from the St George Continental Team roster because that would be less than 10 riders. He will be removed when St George will sign a new rider.

Five names are mentioned, the complete team is to be presented in march.

Assume that this is a mistake of the UCI. This Pedro LOPES born in 1975, has not participated in a race since 2010.
It is probably a double registration of Pedro LOPES born 07/07/1999, who’s full name happens to be LOPES Pedro Miguel Gonçalves as well.

By the way, the UCI also registered 42 year old Franklin CHACON COLMANARES with Manuela Fundacion, instead of 23 year old Franklin CHACON ORTEGA.
