The question is whether the result corresponds to the (out of sequence) numbers in the first column or the sequence of the names in the second column.

In stage 4 of the settimana coppi bartali, the winner is Mathieu VDP, not David VDP.

In Africian Championship Tiago Da Silva from Luxembourg is placed 11th. I'm assuming this should be Tiano Da Silva from South Africa.

You were assuming right. Corrected.

Circuit des Ardennes stage 2 has been shortened to 92,5 km.

Tour of Mevlana and Tour of Uruguay are no more on UCI calendar, in the other hand Vuelta a Formosa (2.2) is now scheduled (from 07 to 10/04).

Filippo Fiorelli was disqualified in Volta Limburg Classic 1.1

He should be removed from the clasification. It was ok before the stage one in Giro di Sicilia and now he appears again, but it's not correct.

Filippo Fiorelli was originally DNF in the result on the UCI site, but the UCI made a change a few days ago and put him, as winner of the group sprint, on 7th place. Also the official website of the Volta Limburg Classic gives this result.

It is true that he should have been relegated to the last position of his group, as he used a few times his shoulders in the sprint preparation and made a dangerous move in the last corner, but that is not the case in the official UCI result.
Unless there are obvious mistakes, CQ follows the UCI.

Article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations specifies the following:
Riders of a Development Team as guests in a WorldTeam or ProTeam:
- In Pro Series races maximum 2
- In Class 1 races maximum 4
Riders of a WT or PT as guests in a Development Team:
- In Class 1 races maximum 2
- In Class 2 races maximum 1

The Tour de Hongrie is a 2.1 race so both scenarios could apply, but as the PT of Alpecin Fenix is in the list of participating teams it seems that this is a case of 4 development riders as guests in a PT.
