A few comments on the post of Ruudje.

Charlie AVIS, Dave MANNION and Iggy SILVA were never registered with Trek-Livestrong by the UCI this year. They are in the CQ list because they are in the team roster on the Trek-Livestrong website. They regularly participate with Trek-Livestrong in American races, still last week in the Nature Valley Grand Prix.

Two riders of Team Type 1, not registered by the UCI but not by CQ either in this case, are actually in the same situation: Daniel HOLT and Alexey SHMIDT. They appear in the roster on the Team Type 1 website and participate regularly with the team in races in America. At the other hand Alex BOWDEN, included in the team roster by both UCI and CQ, is on the Team Type 1 site not included in the Pro Team but in their (non-UCI) Development Team.

Thomas BERTOLINI is still on the UCI list of Androni, not alphabetical but at the bottom as NEO.....

Joseph PERRETT was the subject of a few posts early April, with the conclusion that he is probably in the UCI list of Sprocket by mistake.

One more rider disappeared from the UCI list of Giant: Li Yao CHIANG.

I missed the discussion about Perrett and the Bertolini was a stuppid mistake

But I still think that Arvis, Mannion and Silva should be removed also by CQ because that happened with teams like Colombia es Passion

If you want to be consequent with the remove of some riders like CQ dit with the boys of Colombia es Passion, Team Type 1 and Trek Livestrong.

You should remove Domenicio Loria and Luciano Pagliarini as well. Both riders are not registered by the UCI eather(I knew both riders were discussed early hear but I think you aren't consequent if you let some riders stay and remove others for the same reasons.

Domenico Loria and Luciano Pagliarini's case is probaly a mistake by the UCI for that reason:

Without Domenico Loria, CDC-Cavaliere have 15 riders, and without Luciano Pagliarini, Scott-Marcondes Cesar have 15 riders too. So they can't pretend to be a Professionnal Continental Team. That's why it should be a mistake.

Luciano Pagliarini is missing from the UCI roster of Scott-Marcondes but on the UCI site he is shown in the Results and in the America Tour Ranking as member of this team. The points he earned in the Tour de San Luis and Rutas de Americas are by the UCI included in the score of Scott-Marcondes in the Team Ranking of the Americas Tour.

The case of Domenico Loria is less clear. CDC-Cavaliere participated in June at the same time in the Circuito Montañés and the Tour de Serbie (in both races with less riders than the number of riders allowed) but Domenico Loria did not appear in either race.

Leon, leave it to you to judge where the errors are: UCI or CQ.

Problem appears to be however that neither Pagliarini nor his teammates regularly receive their salaries, so it will not be surprising if the UCI, after Vorarlberg-Corratec, also suspends the license of Scott-Marcondes one of these days....

Noticed that Matthé PRONK is still in the roster of Vacansoleil in the CQ database.
As we know he stopped end of April and he has recently been deleted from the roster of the team on the UCI site.

About Pagliarini: the fact that in results he is mentioned as Scott-rider is decisive to me, so we'll leave him in the team. Also with regards to the news of last weekend, that he did not start in the Brasilian Championships because he hadn't been payed by his team. (edit: just saw you mentioned this in post of Fri Jun 25, 2010 1:43 pm)

Concerning Loria: a CQ follower has asked the team manager about Domenico, and was convinced by him that both Loria brothers were part of the team in 2010. Nevertheless, Domenico didn't finish a single race this year, contrary to Eugenio. So we'll leave him out.

Looks like a mistake from the UCI.
Tried to find out, and discovered the Joe Parrett-twitter site: http://twitter.com/josephperrett. He mentions he's going to ride and live in Italy, and shows his new Pinarello bike. Totally different from Team Sprocket's Nishiki bike.
Decided to delete Joe Perrett from the Swedish team, hopefully the UCI will follow.

This is a quote of a post back in April.
The UCI finally deleted Joseph PERRETT from the roster of Team Sprocket, but also Christian PARRETT.
The latter must indeed have left the team again because he is no longer mentioned on the team's website either.
