The Wit team has recently been suspended by the UCI.

Additionally to Simone Campagnaro and Antonio Testa, the official site of Team Nippo (http://www.team-nippo.com) lists also Julian Arredondo as rider.
I saw pics of him training with other Nippo riders in the 2012-teamkit.

The Spanish rider David Blanco finally signed with the Portuguese team Efapel-Grassdriver.

If he's not riding in a UCI race (.2 and up), it is allowed to have a non-registered rider. F.e. some Colombian riders in the former Colombia es Pasion teams.

btw: the Amore & Vita website shows 24 riders in their team. Only 16 are allowed to be registered in the UCI CT, until now only 9 are mentioned there.

8 riders from these 24 at the Amore & Vita webite belong to their amateur team. The other 16, actually mentioned on CQ, are in their pro team.

Monguzzi was registered by the UCI before (at lest in the beginning of February (he now is out of the team0>

The 'later on' is already now. Maik WENSINK has disappeared from the UCI roster and Jan DIETEREN has been registered.
