Doping cases

Hey guys, just wanted to say you're doing great work on keeping this updated. I've just checked through the UCI current suspensions list and the only two riders who I can find in the CQ men's database who aren't listed as suspended are Johan Bruyneel and Lance Armstrong (which is understandable given the amount of work required to do so!).

The women's CQ database doesn't seem to have a doping cases topic, so I will just include the ones I found here;

PAVLUKHINA Olena (ID 2061) - listed as a 4 year suspension until 13.01.2023 for "Use of Prohibited Methods and/or Prohibited Substances" with a DQ starting at 2016 UCI Road World Championships in Doha.

KOLLMANN Christina (ID 911) - listed (as KOLLMANN-FORSTNER Christina) as a 4 year suspension until 27.05.2023 for "Use of Prohibited Methods and/or Prohibited Substances" with a DQ from 01.11.2016 - 28.05.2019. She doesn't have any results listed since 2015 anyway.

FERNANDES SILVA Clemilda (ID 229) - listed as an 8 year suspension until 05.09.2027 for "Tampering" on four occasions (05.07.2018, 21.07.2018, 28.09.2018, 29.09.2018) with a DQ starting at 2018 Giro d’Italia Internazionale Femminile.

The last one is a provisional suspension, and appears to be the following rider;
KHALED Samah (ID 6475) - listed (as MOHAMMAD KHALED Samah under Jordan nationality) as a provisional suspension for "Oxandrolone" from a sample collected on 22.04.2021.

"Nairo Alexander Quintana Rojas has been sanctioned for an infringement of the in-competition ban on using tramadol...

In accordance with the UCI Medical Rules, the rider is disqualified from the 2022 Tour de France."

Mate Maschke (34121) has suspended for two years from 1 august for missing 3 test moments. DQ for results between 1 juni 2022 1 augustus 2023.
