But now he has been deleted in the result...  

UCI has now notified Stoltz as DNF the race. So I think you can delete him from the results

Race distance was 102 km.
The result does not give a time nor time gaps but judging by a picture and video on the facebook page of the Federation of Paraguay (link), it seems that the first two finished in the same time with a large group sprinting for third some five seconds later.

It seems that the champion is actually called Michael CHRISTODOULOS (or XRISTODOULOS) and he is still Junior: CYP19970111.
The other missing codes are Andreas CHRISTOFI (CYP19860109) and Andreas MILTIADES (CYP19960830).

That is probably not the only error in the result because in the local press Daniel TEKLEHAIMANOT, who does not appear here at all, is given as second.
