The Tour of California is the biggest race in the States (by far!) - why is CQ listing only the top 20 in 2010 and earlier?

The ongoing GiroBio / U27 Giro lists a 33 year old Brazilian Marcelo Moser in the stage results for Stages 3 and 4.
Cyclingnews results have this as 20 year old Italian Moreno Moser - which makes more sense, as it is Moreno Moser who also won Stage 1 of the race.

2010 TdF Stage 14 - Andy Schleck was the overall leader but CQ does not currently show his cumulative time as of the end of the stage (as appears to be the custom on other stages).

Cycling News reported his cumulative time as 68:02:30 at the end of stage 14, but you may have more official sources.

Except for the winner and his time, the result of CQ of stage 4 of the Thüringer Rundfahrt is not the stage result but the GC after this stage. Numbers 2 till 10 of the stage (all at +4) were:

TDF Stage 7 - missing leaders' cumulative time and the winning time for the stage

Sibiu Cycling Tour: 3rd with Kolss in the TTT and 10th in stages 4 and 5 was not Vitaliy KHRYPTA but Andriy KHRIPTA.
Points for the TTT winners should be 1 each. Same for the TTT of the Czech Cycling Tour.

The ongoing Tour de Martinique has the category 1.2U on CQ this year. That should be 2.2, as it has been the last years.

EDIT: And I can see now that the same is true for several other 2.2 races: Tour Eritrea, Kreiz Breizh Elites, Mazovia Tour, Tour Alsace & Tour do Rio.

The last time that the Prova Ciclistica 9 de Julho was included in the UCI calendar as a class 1.2 event was in 2009.
In 2010 and 2011 this race did not appear on the international calendar so I assume that it should be classed as an NE.

PETRUS Lubomir instead of PETRUS Lotto finished 13th in the Carpathia Couriers Tour.
