The name of the new Philippine team is LBC - MVPSF Cycling Pilipinas without an h.
This is not an UCI mistake but the official name of the country in the national language.
You actually wonder why in many Western languages an h has been added…

Wouldn't that make it OLYMPIQUE TEAM ALGERIE TOURS AGGLO 37 - with the space before 37?

I guess you're right.

Poland's Pawel Poljanski is not in Vini Fantini-Selle Italia's roster. His name doesn't appear among the late registrations on the UCI website (Taborre, Garzelli, Failli) and neither on the team website nor on other sources.

I think you can delete both Aguardiente Antioqueño-Loteria de Medellin and MTN-Qhubeka World Cycling Centre Africa Team. They are probably not going to be Continental teams this year. Aguardiente Antioqueño seems to have been replaced with 4-72 Colombia as the third Colombian Continental team if we take away former Movistar Continental which was more South American than Colombian only. MTN-Qhubeka WCWA is the name of the African part of the World Cycling Centre. MTN-Qhubeka became the main sponsor of the African Cycling Centre. There is an article on the UCI website.
