It's not a T.T.T. but yes a I.T.T. Wink

It was a TTT, see Race Comment. Only difference with a normal TTT was that not the time of the 4th or 5th rider at the finish counted, but - as it was a mountain finish - the individual times.

Laszlo Bodrogi rode the Olympic Games with the Hungarian National Team. Therefore the Hungarian flag has to be added instead of the French one.

National Championships Netherlands R.R.

Roy SENTJENS was Dutch and not Belgian.

It is the same case for the National Championships in 2003.

From Cyclingnews.com and confirmed in the results by UCI:

The UCI anti-doping commission has reported that the following riders have been sanctioned for doping offences:
Isaac Ramirez Rodriguez, sanctioned by the Federacion Venezolona de Ciclismo, disqualification from the Vuelta al Tachira (Ven), 21st January 2004, suspension of 6 months from 28 February 2004 to 27th August 2004.

Isaac Ramirez Rodriguez (VEN19750103) finished 8th in the Vuelta al Tachira (23-01-2004), but was disqualified and should be removed. Everyone else in the top-20 moved up one place.

National Championships Hong Kong R.R. (07-03-2004), only 9 riders finished the race:

6. CHENG, Cheuk Chun   (HKG19820315)
7. LAM, Kai Tsun   (HKG19841124)
8. CHUNG, Yuet Shan   (HKG19780308)
9. WONG, Kin Chung   (HKG19860910)

About number 9: in your database is a rider with the same name but birthdate 03-08-1980. I don't know if this is the same person.

The race held on 07-03-2004, won by David John TONKS, were not the National Championships of Hong Kong but the Festival of Sports National Cycling Race.

The actual championships were held on the same circuit on 04-07-2004 and the results can be found here: http://www.cmscycling.com/documents/result/2004/4July04BridePoolRoadResult.pdf

The result of the Elite-A race was:
1 CHIU Siu Jun (HKG19830724)  1:38.41
2 LAM Kai Tsun (HKG19841124)  1:40.47
3 WONG Ka Ho (HKG19810613)  1:42:05
4 TSANG Kai Ming (HKG19800731)  1:42.37
5 YUNG Wai Lok (HKG19850627)  1:46.59
6 KWOK Ho Ting (HKG19880226)  1:47:39
7 KWOK Yiu Chung (HKG19630522)  1:49:31
8 CHUNG Yuet Shan (HKG19780308)  1:50.08
9 KWONG Siu Yin (HKG19870107)  1:53.28
10 WONG Kin Chung (HKG19860910)  1:53.28

However, the result for the CQ database should probably be the combined result of Elite A, Elite B, Juniors and Masters 30-39, who apparently all started together:
1  CHIU Siu Jun (HKG19830724)  1:38.41
2  BRIGHT Ben (NZL19740712)  1:38:42
3  LAM Kai Tsun (HKG19841124)  1:40.47
4  TAM Tsun Ming (HKG19850612)  1:42:02
5  CHAU Dor Ming (HKG19830419)  1:42:02
6  WONG Ka Ho (HKG19810613)  1:42:05
7  TSANG Kai Ming (HKG19800731)  1:42.37
8  KEUNG Tsz Hing (HKG19831024)  1:46:01
9  YUNG Wai Lok (HKG19850627)  1:46.59
10 CHUNG Ching Man (HKG19860722)  1:46:59

I found a different result for the National Championships of Venezuela (T.T.), held on 25-04-2004, in the archives of the UCI and several other websites:

1. Jose Isidro CHACON DIAZ  (VEN19770127), time 46:13.98"
2. Tomas Aurelio GIL MARTINEZ  (VEN19770523)
3. Cesar Augusto SALAZAR HERRERA (COL19720214)
4. Tony Alexis LINARES AGUERO  (VEN19780920)
5. Carlos Jose OCHOA  (VEN19801214)

I'm pretty sure that winner of stage 8 and number 5 in the final general classification of the Tour de Tunesie (11/06/2004-20/06/2004) was Sébastien Moreau (FRA19740621) and not Gabriel Mauricio Moureu (ARG19750703). Moreau was riding for the French elite-team VC Cournon d'Auvergne.

After admitting to having used performance-enhancing drugs in advance of the Games Tyler Hamilton (USA19710301) was officially disqualified from the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. He loses his 18th place in the road race (14-08-2004) and his 1st place in the individual time trial (18-08-2004).

Source: http://www.olympic.org/news/ioc-strips-hamilton-of-athens-gold/172012

UCI also disqualified Hamilton in their official results:

http://62.50.72.82/ucinet/uci.asp?page=results&discipline=roa&ryear=2007&ridercategory=me&l=eng

Shouldn't you remove Hamilton also from the results in your database?

Official UCI-news bulletin of April 2006

* Oleg RUBAN (UKR19750423) Spanish licence, tested positive with triamcinolone acetonide during the Circuito Montanes (ESP) on 18th June 2004 , sanctioned by REAL FEDERACION ESPANOLA DE CICLISMO, suspension of 2 years from 5th March 2005 to 5th March 2007, disqualification from the race, fine of CHF 3’000.-. (art. 130 and 64.3 AER).

Ruban won the 3rd stage of the Circuito Montanes on 18th June 2004, but was disqualified and should be removed. If you do so, Antonio LOPEZ CARRASCO (ESP19770406) should be the winner.

* Jorge NOGALEDO GARCIA (ESP19780108), tested positive with triamcinolone acetonide during the race G.P. Ciudad de Vigo (ESP) on 22nd August 2004, sanctioned by REAL FEDERACION ESPANOLA DE CICLIMO, warning.

Nogaledo Garcia was disqualified in the result on CQ, but was sanctioned with only a warning. In the official UCI-result of the GP Ciudad de Vigo he is still the winner. Maybe you should correct that too.

* Victoriano FERNANDEZ MARTINEZ (ESP19730707) tested positive with triamcinolone acetonide during the race Troféu Joaquim Agostinho GP Int. de Ciclismo de Torres Vedras (POR) on 10 July 2004, sanctioned by FEDERACÃO PORTUGUESA DE CICLISMO, suspension of 6 months from 1st February 2005 to 31st July 2005, disqualification from the race.

Fernandez Martinez was 21st in the final general classification, but should be removed due to disqualification.

* Lubos KEJVAL (CZE19760204), tested positive with hCG during the Hessen Rundfahrt (GER) on 2nd September 2004, sanctioned by CZECH CYCLING FEDERATION, suspension of 2 years from 5th October 2004 to 5th October 2006, disqualification from the race, fine of CHF 1’000.-.

Kejval became 7th in the second stage, but should be removed due to disqualification.

* Argiro Alberto ZAPATA FRANCO (COL19710614), tested positive with EPO during the race Vuelta a Costa Rica 2004 (CRC), sanctioned by COLOMBIAN CYCLING FEDERATION, suspension of 2 years from 7th June 2005 to 7th June 2007, disqualification from the race.

After which stage Zapata Franco tested positive is unknown ("during the race", no date mentioned), but he was disqualified afterwards. In my opinion stage 13 should get a new winner (Libardo NINO CORREDOR) ánd Zapata Franco should be removed from the general classification which he ended as nr. 5th.

National Championships Norway R.R. (27-06-2004)

Nr. 10 was not Carl Erik PEDERSEN (NOR19661228), but Gregory SAW (AUS19770416), riding with an Australian license for the Norwegian elite team Glåmdal/Nittedal. So no CQ-points should be given. Pedersen became 11th in this championship.
