The Tour of Croatia (23-28/04/2019) has been cancelled and will be organised under the new name CRO Race from 01 to 06/10/2019, but has not yet been added to the UCI calendar on these dates.

This championship has nothing under the History link and seems to have the wrong points scale.

Breaking news: Juan Pablo Dotti 2019 Argentinian ITT champion. Souce: Local press in general.
ITT Paraguayan Champs on 27/4 (today as a write).

In fact, these infos should have been placed into the Nat Champs section, which I find it difficult to do, according to my limited knowledge about the functions in this website. My pardon, I'm not so young. If anyone out there could change it, better for all.

Asian Cycling Championships (Gazalkent) I.T.T.
CQ created a combined result for U23 and Elite but I wonder whether that is valid for these championships.
Both categories covered indeed the same distance on the same circuit but the races were held with 24 hours difference: U23 on 24/04 with start at 15.00 hrs, Elite on 25/04 with start at 15.30 hrs.

25/04/2019, Stage 1
Race Comment: Carlos BARBERO finished 1st in this stage but was relegated to 5th place for irregular sprinting.

26/04/2019, Stage 2
2 GROSU Eduard-Michael (rest one rank down)
Eduard Grosu was excluded from the race after this stage for having hit David De La Fuente who had grabbed him by his shirt.
He kept his second place but got a penalty of 200 SWF and 10 UCI points and was expulsed from the race.
De La Fuente got the same penalty but was allowed to continue.
As you probably cannot show in the database a rider both in the result and as a DQ in the same stage, I suggest you put him as DNS or DQ in Stage 3 with the Race Comment: Eduard GROSU was excluded from the race after stage 2 for aggression of an other rider.
