A lot of political problems in Mexican for a registration apprently but some explenation about the registration in San Marino

“Even though we are registered in San Marino, it’s a Mexican team. According to UCI rules for Continental teams, 51 per cent of the riders must be from the country where it is registered. We wanted to register in Italy but that would have meant we had to have many more Italians on the team, which is really expensive. If the registered country doesn’t have enough riders, the team is allowed to bring riders in from other countries so we signed a contract with the Cycling Federation of San Marino and registered there.”

Somebody at the UCI, or of Bahrain Cycling Academy, has woken up, because Ali SALEH has been removed from the BCA roster on the UCI site.

Delko
The Japanese Oka and Ishigami are not in the team roster on Delko's website. They should be withdrawn from the CQ list.

CQ follows the UCI registrations and on the UCI site both Japanese are included in the roster of Delko (although with Atsushi OKA marked as provisionally suspended), as they have contracts with Delko till the end of 2021.
However, according to this article, Delko will not let them start in any races in 2021.
