About Vuelta a Andalucia, it seems that there's only a stage ranking but no GC ranking.

Maxim Van Gils won the one and only stage and got the UCI points for this (as the 4 following riders) and that's it. There are no UCI points for GC or leader.

Well, Van Gils is now awarded of 5 UCI points as leader of the race...
Let's wait for sunday to know if the GC ranking will be awarded too.

Pepijn Reinderink is rated at 22 points but that has to be 27. He also gained 5 points at the TTT in the Tour of Rwanda.

Yes, you are right.
The simplest would be to not include him in the winning team.
Same applies then for Jelle Harteel and for Guy Sagiv and Chris Froome of IPT finishing second.
Problem is that there are certainly also names to be deleted from the teams finishing 3, 4 and 5, but the only source I found giving time differences is PCS, and they stop with that from 3 onwards….

All four are now shown in the results as 'Late arrivals'.

African Games RR : 55 riders classified on UCI website.
PERREIRA Aderito Paulo Capombo is not mentionned (nor as DNF)...

Btw, CQR don't award any points for theses races ?
As many points as for a CC are awarded by the UCI..

And no African CC seems to be contested in 2024 moreover.

According to the website of the African Games, Aderito Perreira participated in the RR.
However, as he is born in 2006, he is officially still Junior and the UCI does not include Junior riders in an Elite result.

These African Games, organised every four years, were originally planned for august 2023, but as the infrastructure in Ghana was not ready in time, they were moved to march 2024. For the cycling road races this meant that they took place in the same period as are normally organised the African Continental Championships. The latter will therefore not be organised this year, and were ‘replaced’ by the Games.
CQ has over the years never awarded points for Continental nor Regional Games, but will make in this case a one-time exception.
