According to this - translated - Libyan sports forum topic Ahmed Yousef (Belgasem) won this year's Tour of Libya. The other results posted there seem in concordance with the ones on the CQ site.

The UCI has finally posted the full results of the Tour of Libya on their website yesterday.

Any need to notice that we only made one mistake in the translation of the names from the Libyan website/newspaper that has been our source so far? 3rd stage winner was not Haile Dawit, but Dawit Araya...

Very impressive indeed! Just a small slip. Leader after stage 4 was Ahmed Youssef BELGASEM rather than Abdelbasset HANNACHI.

Normally, a declassed is at the end of the group of riders which are in the same time, no?

69th of yesterday Ronde van Drenthe was Maurcio Ortega of Andalucia-CajaSur

The rider classified at rank 20 in Cinturon a Mallorca final GC is René TANN (GER19850808) and not David TANNER...

The result pages of the UCI website show that David KOPP is disqualified from the result of both the Ronde van Drenthe (where he finished 10th) and of Dwars door Drenthe (5th). All other finishers move up one place. Reason for the disqualification is not given but assume it is related to the appeal against the length of his suspension.
