I think there is a mix-up in the teams of 2000, 2002 and 2003 with the riders Jacob Gram Nielsen (Den, 15-06-1976) and Jacob Nielsen (Den, 12-01-1978).

In 2000 Jacob Gram Nielsen rides for Fakta and Jacob Nielsen only raced for Cycling Horsens (in the database he is now named at both teams).
In 2001 Jacob Gram Nielsen is still in the Fakta-team, while Jacob Nielsen was a member of the Glud & Marstrand Horsens team (correct in the database).
Jacob Nielsen was also riding for Glud & Marstrand in 2002 and 2003, not Jacob Gram Nielsen who, as I believe, retired or went back to an elite 2-team in 2002. The CQ-points are earned by Jacob Nielsen.

If you correct this in the database, you'll see Jacob Gram Nielsen rides 3 years for Fakta (1999-2001) and Jacob Nielsen is riding his whole career for Glud & Marstrand/Horsens (2000-2011).
