Championships of Azerbaijan
Oleksandr SURUTKOVYCH has been removed from 1st place of the RR and 2nd place of the ITT Championships of Azerbaijan, as he is apparently no longer considered to be an Azerbaijani.
In the team roster of Team Specialized Concept Store on the UCI site his nationality has been changed back from AZE to the original UKR.

I think the rider CQ announces as Malaysian ITT champion, i.e ZULKIFLI Mohamed Azman is not the right one or at least his birthdate is wrong. According to UCI he's 22 years old in 2012 (so born in 1990). The rider named previously was born in 1988.
There's a rider named ZULKIFLE Nik Mohd Azwan (MAS19900507) who seems to be the correct one

In the version of the results with UCI codes on the Infostrada site the winner is indeed MAS19900507.
Actually the 2010 CQ results (RR Championships) and 2011 (Melaka Governor Cup) of Mohamed Azman ZULKIFLI (MAS19880111) are also already MAS19900507 who, on the site of the Malaysian Federation, is called Nik Mohamad Azwan ZULKIFLE.
