A few years ago there was the same situation with this team, then still Livestrong, as Charlie AVIS, Gavin MANNION and Iggy SILVA were in the roster on the website and participated with the team in races of the National calendar.
However, they were not registered with the UCI and did not ride with the team any races of the UCI calendar.
They were initially in the CQ roster but removed in the course of the year.

There have been similar cases in previous years in Australia with Drapac and this year with Budget Forklifts. Peter John HERZIG and Joshua PRETE are on the team website and participate in the National Series in Australia but thus far not in UCI races. They are not in the official UCI roster.

So seems to me that the riders not registred from Budgetforklifts and Bontrager shouldn't be at the team.

If you choose to keep them than you should add Rhys Pollock and Patrick Drapac to Drapac too.

These three Colombians have now officially been registered with Start by the UCI. Code of MURILLO etc is COL19810602.
Also Darren MATTHEWS has finally been added.
At the same time Joaquin Sebastian GRASSI and Alberto Gustavo LOPEZ have left the team.

Based on reports in the press CQ have put at the start of the year Sebastian Giannini ANAYA and Yonder GODOY in the roster of Androni but they have so far not been registered with the UCI and are not shown on the team website either.
It was mentioned at the time that Savio had committed to engage ten Venezuelan riders this year but, apart from the three under contract and the above two, I have not seen or heard any other names yet…

This story ( http://www.tuttobiciweb.it/index.php?page=news&cod=58118&tp=n ) clarifies the commitment of Savio.
Rather than taking riders from Venezuela under contract in the team, Androni gives assistance to an U23 team from Venezuela participating in UCI races in Europe.
