You are probably right Frans. Under his code I found him in several Chinese results and when you put the Chinese characters in a converter program you get ZHANG Shijin.

There is a similar case: CAI Waipeng (25349) is most likely the same rider as CHAI Weipeng (21202). Their birthdates are exactly one month different. Probably a typo of the Chinese federation. The one of CHAI is the only code that gives results in Google.

I think that rather than new entries in the database they can both be considered as transfers from Team Lvshan to Hy Sport.

About Shijin and Yin ZHANG: they also might be twin brothers? The UCI doesn't mention a 2015 team for Shijin ZHANG, although 'Yin ZHANG' was riding for Lvchan.
But added to the CAI/CHAI We/aiping case, I think Hans' conclusion about 2 extra riders going from Lvchan tot Hy Sport seems the most probable one.
