The results of the UCI and CQ have the wrong Jose VEGA as number 5.
It should be Jose Andres VEGA SOLANA (CRC19871122) who, like his brother Jeison Elias, is riding with the local Elite-2 team Nestlé - Giant, previously JPS - Giant.
Actually, the UCI also gave this wrong Jose VEGA (CRC19730209) as 2nd in the ITT Championships of Guatemala in 2011, a result that has been credited correctly to the right Jose VEGA by CQ.
Rider #26454 can be deleted from the database.

I had some doubts myself, but thought UCI must be right.

You are right Flupke, but I find that code only in some results of the Vuelta a Guanacaste, such as this one.
It seems a typo to me, as there are several other typos in the same document: Isaac MORERA (CRC19930324 instead of 19930424), Bryan SALAS (CRC19911027 instead of 19911227) or Jose IRIAS (CRC19910101 instead of CRC19911001)…
