There are ITT and RR Championships on the Uraguayan calendar for the weekend of 14/15 January 2012.
As the latest championships were held in December 2010, I assume that there will be no 2011 road champions of Uruguay...

Are you sure they are there? I went through the first half and thats men's track results, then womens track results began. The file ends with womens track results too.

It was held in August. After a first look from our side we also feared there were only track results in the pdf...

According to this article there's a mistake in the Saint Lucia 2011 NC RR. Number 4 RICHARD Jordan is left out of CQs results.

The distance was 40 km and the times of the first three Seniors were
1. Darren MATTHEWS 1.06.40
2. Ian MAYNARD 1.07.32
3. Ross CALLENDER 1.07.35
However, the fastest overall was the Junior Champion Russell ELCOCK (BAR19931206) with a time of 1.01.25

Noticed that you corrected the result but with a little slip: 4th is not Reda AADEL but Ross CALLENDAR

Mario Traversi (ITA) is classified 3rd in R.R. Mozambique. Is true?
He has 7 CQpoints. I think he must have gained 0 CQpoints.

Same problem for:
George Varhola (USA) in Saint Kitts and Nevis R.R. and I.T.T.
Damian Sharp (GBR) in Bermuda R.R.
