The UCI has make a kind of wild card system for the Continental teams. Like in the past with PCT there is a difference between teams who are eligeble tot start in certain races based on their partiipation and payment for the anti doping programma. Maybe an idea to make this difference visible and show witch team are allowed to get wild cards in .PS races.
