I don't understand something about Constantino Zaballa. He tested positive in the Vuelta a Asturias 2010 but, on your site, I noticed that he has not been disqualified from this race that he won. According to the Vuelta a Asturias website, Zaballa has been disqualified from the Vuelta 2011 in which he finished 2nd. He received a nine month ban from September 2011, when the test was revealed, until June 2012. He was therefore suspended for nine month but I don't know if he has really been disqualified from the two Vueltas. Some sites claim that he has been withdrawn from both races, other sites from only the Vuelta 2011.

According to the rules, a rider is also DQ'd between positive test and day of revelation. So a lot of work to do. Because it's not influencing the current CQ rankings, these DQ's have no priority.
