Race Comment: ZHAO Jingbiao finished originally 1st and WANG Meiyin 3rd at 7”, but both got 30” time penalty for a flying relay and were relegated to 3rd and 67th place respectively.

He tested positive for EPO and methylprednisolone on 24 march 2015 in the Tour d’Annaba and 28 march 2015 in the Circuit de Constantine.
