The birthdate of MUÑOZ is 14/04/1989 (see also post of July 20)

HAMZAA is more complicated. As 1990 was a leap year, his date of birth could be at best 29/02/1990.
The error originates from the official UCI results of the Syrian NC’s, and has been taken over by CQ and many other cycling sites.
It could just be a mistake in the “conversion” of his birthdate from the Islamic to the Gregorian calendar.
The solution is to find his Islamic birth date (somewhere around 3 Sha’baan 1410, equal to 1 March 1990) and use a date converter available on internet.

Thank Hans, for this great Comment. as for Munoz Boyd, I did notice it, but I only tend to find "mistakes" while downloading the excelsheet. And it was still wrong there, so that was the main reason for my comment :-)

On the UCI site he is in the Roth - Skoda roster USA19920207, but he participated this year in the Mexican National RR Championships and even in the official UCI results he has the code MEX19920207. So I think the answer is: Mexican.
