Elia Viviani (Liquigas) has been racing as elite-2 rider until this Tour of Turkey. On 22th of March he won an elite-2 race in Italy (http://www.dailypeloton.com/displayarticle.asp?pk=16477) and previously he participed in Vuelta a Cuba with elite-2 national team.

So I think you should put him "Contract from 11/04" or a date like that.

The UCI has registrated Viviani from 1 january... But we will sort it out, I think that in this case we should not follow the UCI.

Still a confused situation with Marco Arriagada from Chili.
I.e : Since the Tour of Uruguay he's riding with brasilean team Funvic-Pindamonhangaba. As well, last week he was racing the Volta a Gravatai and even appears on the UCI website results associated to this team...But doesn't in the teams roster UCI page !

Brasilian Marcelo MOSER is also registered as rider of this team in the results section for the same race.

According to Jochen Deweer's website, his birthdate is 20/02/1991, not December 4th.

Patrik SINKEWITZ appears hin his CQ profile as a elite-2 rider despite he is in ISD team.

And the same for others like Manuel VAZQUEZ HUESO, Michael RASMUSSEN, Mark OBRIEN, Jukka VASTARANTA (all edited recentley), they still appear in his profile as riders of their old teams.
