Something similar happens with José Rujano - he appears in all Táchira's CQ-results as ISD rider, but he rode it with Elite-2 team Gobernación de Zulia.

I don't think that it's similar... Viviani rode for the elite-2 team of Liquigas and in national races (amateur)... Rujano rode a professional race as a given(?) rider.

For example, Pablo Lechuga and Antonio Cabello (both in Andalucia-CajaSur) were riding in Vuelta a Murcia with the NT, but they weren't 'dismissed' of Andalucia... same as Rujano.

Yeah, you're wright. But I would say that these two riders have the same problem: there are results where they appear as they were riding with professional team when it's false (Rujano with an Elite-2 team, anothers with the national team...)
