Alex Howes is now registered as stagiair for Garmin-Slipstream

You can quit Michal Kwiatkowski as a possible transfer of Caisse d'Epargne; he goes to a new Spanish continental team (Caja Rural) that will be an ''affiliate'' of Caisse d'Epargne.
