OK, I'll change it.

It's sometimes very difficult to choose. A few examples:

In Spanish, it's usual to take the full name:
-Jose Vicente GARCIA instead of Chente
-Francisco MANCEBO instead of Paco
-Francisco PEREZ instead of Fran
But may Spanish, Portuguese and Colombian riders have 2 first names, we both use them in de Rider name.

But in f.e. the Netherlands, many riders have 3 baptist names, like Henricus Theodorus Josephus Knaven, but he's called Servais, so we only take Servais for his Rider Name.

And then in English, many riders use a shortened name instead of their full name: David > Dave, Robert > Rob or Bob, Edward > Eddy or Ted, Anthony > Tony, etc.

Not easy to handle...

In this case, the Vila-thing was an obvious error, because "Patxi" already means "Francisco Javier", so "Patxi Javier" was a redundance at UCI's side. For the other Spanish names, I'd suggest to match the real name not the nicks.
