I think Cannasia follows the same definition as the UCI and usacycling: age is the current year minus the year of birth.
The confirmation is that (in 2010) Robert HENSBY is 36, born 29/06/1974.

Sorry for Tor Olav GREGERSEN. I mixed him up in my notes with Renate SALBU who is the real NOR19870404 (still pending under Women Rider Data).

I am not sure if this has been noted by anyone, when i downloaded the CQ rankings for the last few years some names are not constant during the years.

I found for instance
VAN HUMMEL Kenny Robert in 2004 to 2008 downloads while in 2009 it has changed to VAN HUMMEL Kenny
ERVITI Imanol in 2005-2007 and changes into ERVITI OLLO Imanol for 2008 and 2009.

It would be nice to have this corrected

If a name is changed, it's changed in the Rider Database

We have published some 250 CQranking.xls's in the past years, it would be too much work to change them every time when we change a rider's name.

btw: Spanish and Portuguese names are constantly updated when someone sends us another mother's name.
Concerning Van Hummel: we don't show baptist names with Dutch riders, so that's why we deleted 'Robert'.

Ezzeddine LAGAB, 10294, is listed on the UCI website as Ezzeddine AGAB.
However, it seems to be one of those spelling mistakes that happen, and a search on LAGAB gives far more results.
I don't specifically know your policy on that.
