I have discovered that the surname ETXEGUIBEL doesn't exist in Spain. It exists ETXEGIBEL -Basque form- and ECHEGUIBEL -Spanish form-

In these situations I prefer to see how the riders name themselves, so:

JASER Nazir (16725, SYR19891004), JASER Nazir (19042, SYR19890410) and NAZER Qaser (19260, SYR19890114) appear all three in the CQ database. In this case it is just one new Syrian cycling star born three times the same year. It seems that JASER Nazir (SYR19890410) is the correct spelling and code.

The name may be spelled many different ways but suggest ALMURRAWI Mohamed Hasan.

Most of the riders from Burkina Faso have, by lack of the exact date of birth, UCI codes ending 0101 or 1231. Last year more than twenty codes were changed in the CQ database to the year of birth only. Since then another four 1231’s appeared with new entries:
