I did not find any proof that these two are the same rider but it would be a bit surprising that there are two young Iraqi cycling stars, with similar names, born the same day.

At the other hand, new entry id 22175 Hassan AL MARWI (UAE19880919), number 4 of the 1st stage, is Mohammed Hasan AL MURAWWI (id 7233, UAE19890913), the current ITT champion of the UAE and next year rider of Sky Dive Dubai. When he was Road Champion of the UAE in 2009, the UCI called him Mohamed Hasan ALMARWI in the results.
