David Vitoria from Footon is Swiss but his family is Spanish and he lives in Spain. Here in Spain his full name would be "VITORIA CANO David" (as he appears in Vuelta's classifications) but don't know if in this case you should take this second surname as in Switzerland there is just one surname.

Yes it's same case as Ivan Gutierrez. Here in Spain some people use their two names to be called everyday (like Juan Antonio Flecha, Luis León Sánchez, Juan Jose Cobo)... but others just use one of them (may be because one of the name is horrible like Avelino of Andres Antuña or just because, in case of Ivan Gutierrez, "Jose" is an old popular name that some parents put as a tradition).

In other countries like Colombia or Venezuela is easier because everybody have two names but they use just one (never call Rujano Jose Humberto, he is know as Jose), but here in Spain it depends of the case.
